SHIPPING POLICY

Adelaide Jewellery Repair Specialists, offers FREE shipping on sales over $150

For sales under $150 a flat $15 shipping rate will be charged.

We ship via Australia Post (tracked delivery) and will use our best endeavours to send the goods to you within 3-7 business days from the date we confirm acceptance of your order.

We will advise you as soon as possible if we cannot meet the shipping timeframes, and will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

We will arrange for delivery of the goods in accordance with your delivery instructions. You should therefore ensure that these instructions are accurate and will ensure that you safely receive the goods, as we will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your delivery instructions.

RETURNS POLICY

We may, at our discretion, accept items for exchange or credit note, if returned goods are accompanied with original sales receipt (if receipt is not available, due to receiving goods as a gift, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange only). Returned goods must be in their original packaging (and also contain paperwork, such as watch instruction booklets, warranty documentation).

Goods returned need to be in the same ‘original new condition’. ‘Original new condition’ means that the item must not have been worn, be in pristine condition, with no damage, scratches or signs of wear (consideration of these factors, is at our discretion).

Return post or other delivery costs for the returned goods will be borne by you, and you accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the returned goods (you should therefore return by registered post or by courier or personal delivery to our street address)

  • all returns are subject to inspection by us before an exchange or credit note is processed.
  • Sale items & Special orders, will not be accepted for return unless they are of an unacceptable quality, under Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, the goods we sell to you must be of acceptable quality within the meaning of Australian Consumer Law. If the goods are not acceptable then you have the right to seek the remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law
